Average complete ARAH figures could go for $10-20. But by complete I mean all accessories and no paint wear.
D-bag. You should slapped him.

In some ways eBay (and other auction sites), have ruined the flea markets/garage sales. It used to be a way to unload your crap, and now it's another get rich quick scheme. |

I have never been to a flea market or garage sale. Went to a Goodwill store once but had a bad experience... involved a bunny suit, mean friends, and mocking children. And I have never felt clean since.
I was hoping to make it to TrU in the morning, but the way this day is going I doubt I can make it. If anyone going to Hoover TrU tomorrow sees PoC or a TFA Arcee, give me a shout please.

I'll try to be there so I'll keep an eye out for you. I got a bud also looking for an arcee. And yeah the guy acted like it was his meal ticket with those joes. they were all jacked up, few were missing their thumbs and non had accessories. alot were just paint wear/loose joints. I'm sick of the ebay excuse at flea markets and yard sales. If that's the case go sell your shit on ebay and not a yard sale or flea market. I'm seriously debating NOT doing yardsales anymore. |

Oh, I also meant to say that if your TRU does NOT have the Star Wars stuff out, have them get it out for you. I asked an associate here in Huntsville to get it for me, and they gave me the street date excuse. I told her that the street date was wrong, and to check. She checked and sure enough they were ok to buy. I picked up Pre Vizsla, and the AT-AT General Veers.
Yeah, I know....I said I wasn't going to buy any vintage figures for $10, but I lost all self control when I saw him. =) |

lol. yeah I'm not too keen on paying a mint for vintage. I'm liking the more modern updates. I do have fond memories of my old toys but lets face it, we played with our toys with alot more imagination than kids now, So our figures could have only 5 points of articulation and we were happy. But I do love the modern takes on figures with updating of the molds/articulation/ and re imaginings of older franchises.
I just have 1 request. WHERE IS MY DAMN M.A.S.K UPDATED TOYS! lol |

I'd buy more Legos if they weren't so darn expensive. I bought a lot of the Star Wars Legos when they first came out, including the Podracers. Pretty cool.

My sister-in-law is good friends with a Lego employee (over in Denmark), and I'm forever trying to get my wife to bug her to get me some cheap stuff. She won't do it though. =*( EDIT: Holy crap, I just saw this: http://www.sandtroopers.com/sandwatc...626/index.html Last edited by Brcall; 07-08-2010 at 05:49 PM.. |

Three questions:
1) Does anyone know of a awesome looking dragon figure that is close to 3 3/4" scale? I saw a Marvel Universe display once that had a bunch of superheroes fighting one, and I want it. However, I can't for the life of me find that picture again. The dragon had someone in his left hand, and was about to eat him/her. 2) Does anyone have an extra MoC Marvel Universe Moon Knight figure they want to sell? 3) Has anyone seen the Juggernaut/Havok/Archangel MU wave out yet? |
