DVD Battlepacks I have seen at multiple Targets, most recently Target off Higgens in Schaumburg.

Found DVD Battlepacks at the Tinley Park Target today. I appreciate those who posted the DCPI; I was able to call and have the guy hold a set for me. Destro looks pretty good, and even though we have another SE, this radioactive version is pretty cool to look at. Also grabbed the last VAMP at TRU in Matteson - they still have a veritable crapload of Night Watch and SE vs Red Ninjas. If anyone needs these, let me know. Also grabbed the 3 PP Troopers they had.

Thanks to everyone's tips about Target and the DCPI, I was able to score 1 of the DVD packs today. I got the Revenge of Cobra, but the one that I REALLY want I couldn't get. I'll hit a few tomorrow and hopefully score the other one.

I tried to get the DVD packs at a Target but either they were sold out or the guy I asked didn't want to bother going the extra mile for me. "Anything we have is out on the shelf."

I made a pretty big stink at Target about the "street date" issue and needless to say, I got my DVD battle packs. Got one of each. Pretty cool watching the cartoons with my son. 110 minutes each to boot!

Scored a set of the DVD packs at Target in Warrenville (near Cantera AMC theater) on Friday night. On first impression some of the paint and plastic look out of place on the figures, i.e. Stalker, who to me looks like a corpse. Has anyone noticed that the video looks washed out in the first mini series? I really hope that now that Hasbro has the rights to the show they'll consider some sort of restoration to make it look sharper...

If you were lucky enough to get the Kid Rhino Releases, they are great quality. The only problem is that they never released Season II Part II or DIC Series.

Found DVD sets at Target in Countryside/Hodgkins (La Grange) today at lunch; also had one set of vehicles on the shelf. Apparently, the same Target has seen two small drops of newest basic wave (with, at most, a lone Torpedo recrad remaining), as well as the Waukegan Target on Lewis having gotten a case of the wave, but, again, I was a little late. It seems some people are seeing a lot of the TRU battle packs still? Best I saw was a lone SE vs. Red Ninjas at Gurnee TRU, with the Sanke Eyes stolen out the pack!!! : )
