You are the only one that I know of. I don't think either of us are really completists, but we are both minor troop-builders, and I tend to focus more on Cobra myself. No worries...I'm sure there will be plenty for all of us!
BTW, let me know if you are looking to do any trading. It might be nice to actually trade with someone local...

I too have yet to find any of the DG Wave 2 Joes (or Marshalls / TJ Maxx Wave 1 Joes) in my neck of the woods. Although, to be honest, these are not a high priority for me. I'd like one or two of the troopers (for the painted helmet) and maybe a Shippy; but, a buddy of mine would like the whole lot... |

I don't know of any others either. Sugarland is about as far in on 59 as I typically go. Maverick branches out further though. I've gone hunting with him as far South as Lake Jackson (Shout out to Sbartek...we hit up the Hastings down there a month or so back), as far West as Austin (dissapointment last time), and as far North as BCS. It just sort of depends on the day and the mission (OPSEC). We'll occasionally head to Sugarland during lunch to hit up TRU (which has been pretty barren) or Big Lots, etc.
After picking up the 3 packs at Target last night, I went to the Marshall's also and...Confirmed...nothing there! Like Maverick said, I'm not completist. I'll pick up what I like and occasionally seek out 1 to 3 more. I've been in an area before with another collector (Soundwave, from the Central TX thread) and we helped each other out. (Although it seemed like he helped me more than I helped him...LOL!) Sounds like there are more Tankers in this area; but, the beauty is there are more places to hunt. Stay in touch and we can all help each other out. |

Yeah, I miss my local Joe collecting buddy! Hehe. Anyways, I have only been finding Joes at Walgreens (Jungle BATs and Cobra Troopers) and Hastings (blue Retaliation Cobra Commander) around here. I haven't hit the Targets here in a while and will be hitting TJ Maxx tomorrow. Let me know if I need to keep an eye out for you bro!
I used the DCPI technique at a super target down here last night. Other than that...not much here either. I know you hit some out of the way places on your travels...the only thing I'm still looking for since the last time we talked is a HISS Scout. Did I tell you my wife got me a 25th rattler..? Awesome, bro! If I can ever figure out how to upload pictures, I'll post them. |

I think those POC vehicles have all been shipped out to stores by now. I have recently seen Skystrikers for $25 and Crimson HISS and VTOLs for $15 at TRU and TJ Maxx/Marshalls though.

South Texas Targets have the new Retaliation 3-packs...picked up a set of the Joes and Cobras with the DPCI number and they were waiting for me in guest services. Love the Firefly!!!

I'm headed to Victoria this weekend! Do you know if those stores get more than one shipment per week..? Also, are there any DG hot spots you've grown weary of searching because they are constantly inundated with countless Black Troopers..?

Hunted in Laredo today. Target on the bob bullock loop has one lonely wave 1 retaliation duke. Target at IH35 and del mar has an endcap with wave 1 retaliation singles, a hiss and a ghosthawk II. TJ Maxx and Marshalls were joeless in Laredo.
