I wonder if they'll send out a confirmation email for those who re-up with the money order or check.
If I don't hear anything, get ready for an early call! |

It was the one they mailed us. I just put a sticky note on it saying GIVE ME MY FOOTLOOSE! I didn't think that was even necessary, your profile should still have that your preference is for the 3 3/4 fgures. Mine was when I checked my account a few weeks ago when I first brought it up. The note was a "just in case".

I also assume once they process the money order they SHOULD re-up your membership so that should show in your account somewhere too i would think... edit: Ok i found the stupid link and it shows I am still set for the 3 3/4" figure. They need a quick look box that shows you at a glance if your current, your expire date and what figure selection you are on, sheesh I ask for too much lol...

I'll probably just give them a call later on this week to make sure then. You're right though, it didn't have a place for you to make that clear on that form.

They need to upgrade to a secure server. I love the whole your bank will take care of you attitude they're putting off. They may not be a large enough outfit to really handle all of this but when you deal with peoples hard earned money, it's serious business. I understand it's not their fault and criminals are responsible but they need to make people feel comfortable doing business with them again. Add in the Sub Figure system debacle and people are really mad that they may have to sit that out.
All said, it truly sucks.

I've never been part of the Joe Club, but I've been thinking about joining this year to get Footloose. I also noticed that Figure Subscription Service link with the 25th Cover Girl, Big Boa, etc., but I didn't see where you could actually buy those figures. How much do they cost??
