I just went back through the postings on this thread that I missed during my break. I guess it's like some of you have said, since there's nothing new to report, everyone's moved on? I haven't seen a POD or ASA DVD set since before Lent, when I had no money. And I'm guessing no one's even seen the Best of 80's set. Now that I have some money to burn, they aren't around anymore!
Have any of you seen the Deluxe Indiana Jones Temple Pitfall set? It's the last thing I need to finish off the IJ line. |

I thought they were on clearance at Snow Job's TRU in Allen. He may be able to shed some light on that.

I'll check TRU out then. IJ deluxe figs are going for $3-$6 at Marshall's/Ross/TJ Maxx, but I haven't seen this particular one yet.

good news!!! I'm back up and running. took me about a month or more to do it, but I have a comp. once again! Of course as my lick goes, I get the computer up and running and my truck goes down for the count.. just had to spend a few hundred and several days working on it, but managed to get it back running tonight at 8.
So now I can go back to organizing another meet.. no more complications wiling that is.. I still need to pick up an IJ truck from someone and have a Tunnel Rat to trade to another... My life has been hell as of late, so Joes and anything related to them have been put on back burner.. With everything back in line they can start to come forward more and I can play catch up. that is all.. you can now return back to your toy filled lives. ; )

Good to hear, and welcome back Magick. I still got that IJ truck for you.
As for reporting, I got lucky today and found the Best of 80's pack at the new Target on 121 and Josey. I figured since they were new, they might have some fresh stock. They had one ASA pack and two POD packs on the shelves. I picked up the ASA pack since Dusty had his webgear, and scanned it to see if there were any more in the back. It said there were, so I asked a redshirt to see if the 80's pack was back there and he brought it out for me. I guess the point is, there's still hope! Try punching the DPCI number (which I don't have right now) or scan a DVD pack at the store to see if there are any more in the back, and then try to get someone to pull it for you if there are. The bit of toy money I saved during Lent's almost gone now, and I'm still short the POD pack and the new planes! |

It sure does. Finishing off IJ is what did me in.
I forgot to mention, I did ask the guy if they had anymore 80's packs in the back, but he said the one he brought out was the only one. |
