I have given up on WM stops. They are not getting anything new other than Wave 2 Vehicles. And that is still hit and miss. Seems that now I find everything but the Fang/Claw. (Still makes me mad that I saw one, but had to wait a day to get it and by then it was moved from where I hid it and gone. All the Target stores in the area are now bared shelved.. so even finding figures there is hopeless. Although the UBP are everywhere. Just waiting till they go on sale... then I will pick up another one. (If I have the money)
Been out of work for the past few days with the flu.. hoping to have this knocked out by Sat. I hate being sick.. wierd thing.. I felt fine all last week, quit smoking Fri.. by Sun I started feeling like crap and by Mon. morning was full blown sick. Coincidence? LOL I feel your pain about being sick -- both me and the little one are feeling pretty bad, hopefully we'll be well by the weekend. |

Has anybody seen the 12 inch classic Joes at Wal Mart in the Mid-Cities yet?
WM in Grapevine has pegs full of Wave 5 Comic Packs and Older figs. Also 4 black hiss tanks.. |

Note to self: Don't stop popping pills before meet. Got it.
The UBP seems to be pretty heavy everywhere once its on the shelf. I counted 11 at one store a week ago and 15 at another just Tuesday. Wait until the Black Friday ad comes, this will probably lessen.

I imagine the UBP will drop off shelves if they put the price back to the MSRP they announced at joe con. Thanks for the heads up Tingling..will have to check it out. Haven't seen any of the new 12" figures around my area... I could have used a 2nd pilot scarlett.. want to make her into a Gloria Baker figure. LOL

LOL. I think because I haven't been looking for Joes this week people on my end may have a chance. ;-) I'm all about the Rabbids now.
Stopped in Madness Comics over in Plano. They seem to have Wave 10/11 figures with super bargin prices. $19.99 for a regular Wraith and most of the others were $15 to $20 as well. The Diamond Exclusive Halo 3 McFarlane figure (one that you can only get by ordering through a comic shop for what.. $15 at the most?) is a whopping $50 and the overly generic Master Chief from series 3 (one that no WM can get rid of) was pulling $25. If I wasn't looking for a Spidey issue with Colbert on the cover (which they didn't have), I wouldn't have even bothered stopping by.

Stopped by that Irving TRU they just built, scored 3 more Splinter Cell Rabbids so I'm good for those. Nice place, too bad that have almost squat for Joes we need. Tons of the Wave 1 3-packs.

If your meaning the new cobra commander 12inch set? Target off of 183 near irving mall had 2 of the cobra commander 12inchers, hes pretty fugly looking, You would think they would have done a way better job on the 12inch figures, least I hoped they would have...

Considering many of the '90s 12in, can you really expect them to do a decent job for many of the figures? SE v4 in 12in was cool. CC with removable hood was fun. But by and large, it was a forgetable line. Then they added SF2 12in figures...
(Sadly, I still have most/all of these)
