Anyway he was buying 5 and 10 sets of each item. Whatever had been left on the shelves. LEGO, Megabloks, Duplex -- any line. He told the cashier they were for his kiddo, but no one is going to buy his kid 8 Halo Wraith sets just for the few useable blocks. Then add on 6 Spongebob Ferris Wheels and Duplex sets, etc.. WTF!? Oh, and when the girl & I went into the parking lot we saw his SUV + U-haul trailer that was packed to the gils with various clearance Brick sets from the area as he was loading.

Whoever the repack scumbag is out there in North Richland Hills and if you lurk this site take notice...you have been called out. I let the store manager know and he said you have done this several times now with returning stuff to the store that is not the right item and appreciated my heads up (he stated they are having a training this weekend to go over the pathetic repack example I pointed out to them last night). They are going to review the security tapes so hopefully your ass will be handed to you the next time you go into that store and commit more fraud.
Totally ridiculous to find a Budo last night from wave 3.5 repacked with a wave 1 Roadblock...all your did was save 10$ and screwed the rest of us? Duouchebags like this need to not have jobs or allowed to shop period. Sheesh...worst repack I have ever seen since it has to be on a figure I actually need for f sake...

You could see a long the left side where there was the white paper under the printed material visible,, like when you pull tape off a box it tears off the paper layer on top revealing the cardback paper under it. Dunno if it was glued or taped, but if it was tape they took some time to do it but did a sloppy job on visual presentation. It was totally obvious it was repackaged (aside from budo being on the front and back lol..

Probably an employee. You would think the associate handling the return would look at the merchandise and refuse to accept an obvious repack. Plus with the figures flying off the shelf and hard to find in the wild, who would have time to buy it, repack it and return it?

It's not an employee. Not when the jackass returns these kind of things to most of the stores in town.
