Toys R Us @ City of Industry had 2-3 cases of G.I. Joe 50th Ann 2pks. And yes, Gung Ho was there this was around 12:50pm.
I did pick up a Third Party Masterpiece "Sunstreaker" from ToyArena. I got Bruticus' limbs on Saturday from Target at the Glendale Galleria. Now I must wait for Onslaught to show up at retail to build him.

Saw these at TRU in Van Nuys.
Looks like DC Comics Multiverse are now 6" with a Build A Figure. I wonder where they got that idea. ;)

Saw a Marvel Universe Bucky at NoHo Target today:
I also saw the Bruticus CW pieces at Westminster Walmart and WeHo Target last week. Ironic enough, I was cleaning out my storage and found this Marvel Legends Longshot that i bought at that same WeHo Target. Wow, look at that price! Don't we all wish they were still the same price... |

I stopped by the NOHO Target this afternoon and saw this in the mess. No getting your hopes up, this was most likely a return. Brick & Mortars haven't stocked anything after wave one with 4" Marvel figures in the past couple of years.
Burbank TRU had three CW Leader Skywarps. Target Burbank has the ML Antman aka Ultron wave on clearance 50% off. I guess they're making room for the upcoming Spiderman Absorbing Wave and/or Captain America Red Onslaught wave. There were four Rhino wave Chameleons if anyone's still hoarding, I mean army building him.

Big box retailers do typically "replenish" to levels pre-christmas due to the fact they completely reset their toy section for the new year so they try not to flood the shelves with stuff that will have to be moved anyway.

TRU los feliz got more Joes in, just the three packs. Also a bunch of the stockers put out items with a sale date of 1/1/16, I saw mostly the legos (Star wars and green lantern) with that problem. There was a frozen doll too; just in case anyone is looking for frozen.
I saw nothing new for either Star Wars or Marvel. Although, the Star Wars section had more armor up figures, and multipacks? I saw the 3.75" bb8 and the Rebels: Vader v. Asohka pack. Less single carded figures available too. Marvel's section has shrunk half it's size. The new product for the Batman v. Superman movie is out too. Are transformers doing comic packs again? I swear I saw something like med-aid? It reminded me of Red alert, but I definitely remember the word 'aid' being present in the name of the 'bot. God, I can't believe how popular Shopkins is. Sells out practically everyday.
