God, I hate Burbank TRU. And I know 2 people that work there, but the store is terrible. Maybe the worse TRU I've dealt with.
In a nutshell, I was given the runaround about some Marvel product and actually directed to Hasbrotoyshop (who don't actually have the item I want) instead. It was a very odd experience. Meanwhile, the customer service station and the electronics kept sending customers to each other to check out. One frustrated customer almost left while another actually did storm out of there. The store is so mis-managed. Just checking out can be a nightmare. I like TRU and don't want to disappear. I think they're very collector-friendly. However, many of their stores to be managerial messes. If customers can't even check out in a timely fashion, how are you going to stay in business? |

Sorry to hear that, man. Those who know me, know who I use to bash Burbank TRU. And, I have seen an improvement since I started filling out those surveys on the receipt last summer. Heck, I remember a survey I filled out saying how disappointed I was not being able to find MU figures. Sure enough 3 weeks later, this one specific store was getting 2-3 cases every week for a couple of months. They can't fix what they don't know, trust me they do read those surveys and take action.

BTW, Woodland Hills TRU FINALLY got Retaliation Joes. Too bad they only now have a Storm Shadow and Battle Kata Roadblock, or at least thats what I left. I left it as a sign to the next person to let them know that they did come in, lol |

Last time I went to Burbank TRU to buy sone Joes, the manager asked me to fill out the survey. He said a couple of guys from Histank.com usually fill them out. I was laughing to my self when he said that, lol

If you really need all the stuff I got today, you can go to the Panorama Walmart and get it all there. I saw it last night and left it all, including the Firefly and Flint. Target on Raymer has RB, SS, and possibly a SE. Target on Ventura and De Soto has all the wave 1 stuff i got today. if you need another set of 3 packs, you can find them at the same Walmart, or either the Woodland Hills or Van Nuys TRU because they were there today. Now if you don't go out and get all of this stuff I just told you where to find, then thats on you, but don't say you can't find "anything." Good luck! |

I was only looking for G.I. Joe Kre-o though. Maybe it all depends on the time of day you go because I've run into my fair share of horrible employees here in NYC and Long Island too.

Looking for Kre-O figures and wave 3 Retaliation troopers if anyone is finding them. I just got back from a month in Georgia, and haven't found anything other than the same Flints, Roadblocks, and Snake-Eyes since I've been back.
