So what's the deal?
I know it's still slow around this time of year, but I keep seeing people finding new Joe stuff in other threads. Has the West Coast lost it's privilage of getting new stuff before the rest of the country? I really haven't hunted since it's rather slow around this time anyways, but no one's posting new Joe stuff in this thread. Some stores haven't had anything since the Holidays, and the ones that do have Joe is nothing but Arctic Destros & Dustys. I'm pretty sure things will pick up around April but it sucks the rest of the country is finding stuff and the Great West got shafted this time. |

I'm down in San Diego and am getting pretty damn sick of seeing Icy Destro. I've cut back to only casually looking for new Joes around twice a week. They've even found some new stuff in NorCal so I'm hoping the dry spell is almost over for us. Oh, nothing at all at La Mesa TRU or Target. |

Well after seeing GeneralxRon's post on http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...1-hauls-2.html this afternoon, I headed out to check Ross. I hit up Burbank, Glendale, Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Panarama City, Granada Hills, and Northridge, I found absolutly nothing from ROC W3 Alphas. I haven't hunted like this since the Wal Mart Exclusives(Outpost, L.A.W. MMS & Surveillance Port) went on clearance. There were alot of the 12" ROC SE & SS with the Sigma cycles and Cobra Rages. I wish you guys luck on your hunts because with gas at $4, I'm not hunting llike this again.
I still can't understand why Hasbro didn't release the Sharc in the first wave, when the damn thing was in the movie, instead of repaints of old $#!+ and that craptastic Mole Pod. |

Why are they still restocking ROC figures? POC came out last summer and I got all my figures from TRU, but ever since the Holidays they're constantly restock POC figures nobody wants. SELL THEM TO ROSS ALREADY AND BRING ON THE NEW POC FIGURES!!! |

Found ROC wave 3 alphas in Pasadena. seems they had two sets; only had one complete set plus an extra Tiger Paw. bought the Sharc, Lava Pod and Rockslide; left two Tiger Paws since I already have one.

Ross in Hollywood has all 4 sets of the new vehicles I passed but just a heads up, and one rage. No vamp :(

Hit several Ross stores on the way home from work tonight. The West Hills Ross had 3 of the wave 3 alphas. I bought the Polar Sharc but left a Lava Pod and the Tiger Claw. Didn't see the Desert Rockslide anywhere. They also had a Sky Sweeper Jet, black coat Dr Lewis, Paris Pursuit Baroness, and reaction armor Duke.
The Ross on Ventura (Winnetka, maybe?) didn't have wave 3 but there was one more Hiss Tank (not sure if it was black or brown), what seemed like dozens of Mars box sets for $6.99, and a few single card figures. The Ross in Sherman Oaks had the Target Ace with Glider, the Cobra Fury, several Wal-Mart exclusive 2-packs, and ROC Cobra Commander, Snake Eyes, and Baroness. |

After all that searching for them yesterday, it all payed off this morning...
...got them at the Glendale Ross. I got the one set, and there was still a Desert Rockslide left. Now if I can only get POC W4, oh well they'll show up eventually. |
