Target Mira Mesa had a bunch of wave 1 and wave 2 figures. Saw Dukes, Scarlets, Heavy Dutys, a couple different Vipers, Shipwreck, Breaker, Wet Suit, Lt. Stone, Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow, Cobra Commander and more.
They had the 15.99 vehicles and the night raven. So much to choose from, but I only ended up buying a Cover Girl. Have fun! |

I was down in Orange County yesterday, and stopped at a few Targets and such with no luck.
The Target in Cerritos apparently either had ROC stuff or created the display and didn't stock it yet because that whole section was barren. The Buena Park Target still had some Modern Eras for $4.88. TRU in Cerritos still had the old stuff, but fortunately found some Marvel Universe stuff there so I wasn't totally leaving empty. Buena Park Wal-Mart hadn't put out ROC yet, though the remaining stock of Modern Era was massively reduced - Combat Heroes 2-packs were $2.00 each and that was about all you could find there, aside from a SHARC that was around 8 bucks. Finally, the Target in Fullerton had a few ROC figures that were on the "True Heroes" pegs and I nearly overlooked them. Nothing major to report though - Heavy Duty, Fake Breaker, and a few easily-skippable figures, aside from one Deep Six and a Sgt. Stone. Still haven't found the Alpha vehicles yet. :( |

Got more goodies this morning
Targets-Burbank-nothing North Hollywood-Nothing Eagle Rock- OMG!!!! They had two endcaps with ROC stuff they had all the vehicles; Mole Pod to the PIT & 14 pegs of figures which consist of Collection 1: Wave 1, Collection 2: Waves 1 & 2. I bought Duke, Snake Eyes, Baroness, Destro, Scarlett, Zartan, Deep Six. I got one of each and there's still plenty leftover. This was at 8:50am. I noticed that on my receipt they show up under two different DCPI# 087060246 & 087062100 and the cashier rang them up individually, hmmmm... Also read over at GeneralsJoes that some people are finding Wave 3 (Helix & others)

one of the managers at the TRU in porter ranch told me that they had recieved a email telling them to put out the ROC assortment on the 4th and they were the only ones that did. Woodland Hill has nothing, Targets Granada Hills,North Hills,Corbin(northridge)-Nothing, Woodland Hills had the small vehicles, no figs, The San Fernando Valley is pretty much a dried up well til tomorrow ( we will see if the all the stores do their jobs read the emails and memos and put the stuff out)

just got back from temecula target.
zilch. (okay they had combat heroes but... meh.) however i was at temecula walmart last night (wearing my gi joe shirt i recently got at hot topic) and a guy was stocking toys and asked if i like GI Joe. long story short, he told me to be there at midnight on the 9th! said they already have TONS in the back, computers just arent ready to sell them until 1201. i did see a yellow 2010 SS camaro with black hood and hockey stripes though, so today's trip was not a total loss.

In case any San Diegans are interested, Morena TRU has a TON of the new Gi Joe Movie toys, including the Night Raven and the big ass mobile command center on wheels toy. FYI: Night Raven is 40 dollars; and the the big command center is 100 dollars.
That mobile command center is no interest to me, but it was good to see a playset like that again sitting on shelves; just like the old days of when Gi Joe was in its hey-day. |

Yep, a TRU in San Diego had a TON of Fireflys and hooded Storm Shadows for that matter. Granted, I didn't buy any of them because this Gi Joe line is of no interest to me.
