California (Central) Sightings

sweet we got our thread back.....but to no avail nothing new around the Fresno/Clovis area............

Hit up Walmart(Clovis) this morning and picked up TF Duke and a Cobra Bazooka Trooper(the only ones they had)...no other new figures...there were alot of older figures taking up spaces on the pegs....also managed to snag the only Firebat they had also....the search continues...............

Cool... Yay! the thread returned. I haven't checked the sightings sinced they fused everything together. So, happy they went back. Anyway, here is what I saw:

Hanford Wal-Mart...Still overflowing with older waves and older two-packs, same old DVD packs. So, unfortunately, with two months like this, I don't see it getting better.

Hanford Target - Ahh...I know that the figures are on sale for $4.99 but I'm still waiting on my HTS Wave 11's...got 12's two days ago. But I went to see if they have the ultimate pack and they did. My friend says its the same one they put out last week and no one's bought it. Short Fuze's head has a black scratch and the plastic was a bit warped. I asked if he could check how many are in the back and he said two more. They only had shelfspace for one and it was on the endcap. With Black Friday, I couldn't buy it yet. There are too many things I want on BF, so this ultimate pack will have to wait or I'll wait until it goes on clearance. Nothing but the Mobat and Steeler were the only thing I wanted.

But I did pick up a three wave 11's (all they had) which were Scarlett, Flint and Airborne. My friend said everyone went after the Eels mainly. No surprise. I'm still waiting for my HTS order but at $4.99, I didn't mind.

I still have yet to check the Super Target that opened. I heard it's in Tulare not Visalia.

glad you're back kndy......the only wave 11's i've found so far are TF Duke and the Bazzoka trooper...kinda sucks...but oh well...the hunt is still on...........

Hey we are back! I just posted in southern california. Today was my biggest toy haul ever! I went to wal-mart and found the 3 newer DVD packs, firebat, sharc, TF Duke, Pilot Scarlett, Beachhead/dateframe, Gung ho/CC, RocknRoll/Deep six. I left behind Flint in cobra disguise, hardmaster/snake eyes, viper/grenaiders even though they were new to me.

Have you guys ever seen the Indy Temple of Doom wave in these parts?

Hi Tennyson, I know that the K-Mart in Lemoore had a lot of Indy. Remember a friend telling me he saw a lot of Indy figures at Wal-Mart or Target in Hanford. But not sure if it's that wave everyone else is looking for.

Lemoore K-Mart - They received the latest revision wave with Snake Eyes and Timber, Armored Cobra Commander and others. Pegs are full but at $7.99...no thanks.

They received the DVD packs which are on sale for $19.99 ...Hehe..which is the price you can find everywhere else.

And they received the sharc and firebat. But man, K-Mart was once a destination for cheap GI Joes...now they are among the expensive destinations ala last resort.

Surprised they haven't put the Cobra Legions and 25th Anniversary's on clearance yet.

dude...what walmart did you score those at?.......TRU and Walmart in Clovis had the Indy ToD figs the other day.......AT LEAST I THOUGHT I SAW SOME OF THEM THERE.....

I went to the Wal-Mart on Ingram.

I now want to find the Fang and the rest of wave 11.
