Hey gang, there is a toy show in Timonium MD this Sunday, I will have a table with a bunch of friends. Not sure if anyone went to my table in Maugansville a couple months back, I have a tremendous amount of modern GI JOE, some vintage pieces Star Wars and Transformers. I even have a $5 dollar bin for the kiddies.

Haven't seen or heard anything about any new product coming to retail this year.
Like zero confirmation.... Like nothing.... Not sure if Hasbro is going to through us a bone or not, but would it be appropriate to talk about other things in this forum since collecting new stuff for 2016 is essentially dead in the water?

What other things are you interested in talking about? I for one am excited for the X-Men Marvel Legends wave later this year. How about yourself?

I've never had a problem when someone mentions that they have other interests, have found something from a different line, or are looking for something from a different line. I think it's a cool way for the local community here to help each other out.

Marvel Universe has gotten progressively worse, Its to the point that I can't see myself adding any of the newer figures to my existing collection because of the downgrade in quality with a steep rise in the MSRP. Marvel Legends could benefit from scaling back in quantity though. I feel they are trying to accompany each upcoming film with a new wave which is leading to a surplus of redundancies. Just the other day I saw a TRU store with 25 Captain America/Wolf Head/BAF Onslaught figures on the pegs for $20 each. Like at this point, they could do without making more of the same characters for each upcoming wave.

It seems like Hasbro went all out for Transformers Generations this year and next. Buy this time next year, all of my wants/must haves will be fulfilled.

Hey JoeMama, you're right! LOL. I've saved about $1,000 dollars from last year to now because of the slim pickings at TRU, Walmart and Target. The Marvel Legends figures I need to have are just something I pay for online for a higher price, but I save in gas and time being wasted looking for them.

Collectibles Shows | New Freedom, PA | Events Calendar I use to set up at Phil's show (Maugansville), but I stopped because not many collectors in the area. Still a good show though. The timonium show is a good show to, I have set up there too. I will be at the next one in July.
