That's fine by me. How's everything going Fogger? Have you done any customs lately?

A few, mostly for my nephew. He has a shelf of them set up in his room now.

Agreed. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I think this make a great new thread. What exactly are the rules of the hunt and etiquette of the toy aisle? Like a Ten Commandments of proper behavior in these situations. Could be fun. Has anyone seen that before on Hisstank? If not, maybe time to start it.

As of today the Annapolis Toys R Us has a hand full of 2 packs and one Bazooka pack. Everything else is gone.

I was in the Towson area for work today, and stopped at TRU, and thy had one Rock Rampage set, so I got that, and got to use my $5 friends with benefits coupon, so now I've gotten all of the current series that I'd like.
They also had the MASS Device set, which I hadn't seen in stores before (just one), and they had the blue Bazooka set (2 I think), and I think one Hit & Run/Zartan/Torpedo set. They only had 2-3 of the two packs, and I think they were all Spirit/Stormshadow. They had plenty of the vehicles sets though, plus several of last year's Battle Below Zero vehicle set. They also had a Kreo set on clearance, just some some small set with two figures. |

Hey Mainframe, thanks for the shout out. No one actually messaged me about them. I was kind of surprised because of the number of posts I've read about people not even encountering these figures in he wild. Blackman2005 even mentioned thinking that they were done stocking these because the shelf tags had been removed.
How often do you frequent that store? I usually go down there on my lunch break to just get away from work and I usually cruise the marvel legends and ninja turtle sections for the characters I like. What I truly hate is that all of this will eventually make it to ROSS, TJMaxx and Marshalls next Spring implying that the line doesn't sell. If Hasbro has this many issues fulfilling orders for one brand that moves off shelves quickly in limited quantities; then we can't place the blame on the retailer.

Hey Joshua, yeah, I've given up hope on ever finding the figure sets in the wild. The location I frequent is the one in Columbia, which I think Fogger, Mech-Viper and JoeMama frequent as well. The effed up part about it is that there never was a location set aside for the figures that was stocked for even an entire week. I found the three 3-packs I needed once here below some batman figures and never saw any other figures there since early August. If you go now, there is no section for figures in the collectibles section and about six vehicle sets that are still severely overpriced.

Hopefully will see the line get a shot in the arm when they eventually release GI Joe 3.

Alas, the 50th joes are great sellers for TRU (as evident by the shortages online / out of stock), but the disto is minimal meaning the buy from Hasbro was small. sigh. At least we had Rise of Cobra and the 25th line... The last month has been epic crazy for me at work, so my hunting has been a bare minimal to non existent since late Aug / first week of September... With a little one in tow, I find it is pretty tough to deal with car seats and lines and checking multiple places, and of course the little tot wants to play with all the displays and toys in the toy aisles which I am more than happy to oblige, so now all trips to the toy stores are pretty much geared towards my little tot vs. what they were a few years back..

Anyone watching AoS? I think so far this season is pretty darned good.
Netflix Daredevil takes home the best comic series of 2015, Fear the Walking Dead best cable mini-series, and Gotham has been about the same as last year with a less epic feel to it. I think Gotham has lost some of the shine of year 1, and has started to venture into some pretty campy territory. the villains are not as bad, the bad guys not as evil, etc. When Detective Harvey Bullock can roll into the Penguin's mansion, drink his wine and threaten him, and the Penguin is the ultimate bad guy and Bullock is the burned out detective, there are issues with the antagonist role.

Also, Mr.Joshua is a stand-up guy. He's helped me out several times, and is nothing but a cool dude.
