Also would like to say that the Darth Maul / Cyborg is AWFUL articulation... big steps backwards... BUT... The Mother lady from that set is a great figure, and the Savage Opress is quality, despite having no ankle articulation.

Thanks to JoeMama I was able to pick these up today:
As of 4pm the Columbia Walmart still had 2 Lizards, 2 movie Spiderman, and 1 Miles on the pegs. Thanks JoeMama!

opened the Ultimate (Black) Spidey tonight; his head doesn't tilt up or down, just moves L-R.. Lousy articulation there.

Also found Avengers 3.75" Ultimate Hawkeye and Movie Series Nick Fury at my local PoS Target in Silver Spring off of Cherry Hill Rd. Still no lock on Marvel Legends 2012 Wave 3 figures, Star Wars Vintage Expanded Universe Wave 1 2012 or Marvel Universe Wave 19 at TRU, Walmart or Target.

How are the club exclusives in hand vs. SDCC exclusives? Same quality or much more of a re-use of existing parts?

Spot on the same (SDCC vs. Exclusives)... I see no difference.
The Footloose & Dial-Tone seem a bit odd, can't quite place it, the plastic seems a little bit different, but not in a bad way. Just a bit... different. Can't really put my finger on why, but they fit right in just fine. On a separate note, I finally got an SDCC CC this year; what a major letdown. T-crotch? Really? Never would I have thought that a 25th figure would have been busted on the articulation front. LAME!

Hit the Eastern Shore this weekend because my wife had to do an event in Talbot County. Made it to four DGs, all of which had stock. One of them just had a trooper, the other 3 had all six figures.
