D-tox...
TRU is running a Buy 2, Get 1 Free. So 3 for the price of 2. Hasbro's coupon is Buy one, Get one Free. You can use both together. So you buy 3... 1 rings up in the TRU register as free from the get-go. You use a coupon. That makes one more free. You pay for 1, get 2 free. There is not a limit. I got the whole new TPM wave for $20 (paid for 2, got 4 free). Insane. |

Saw the pics of the new GI Joe movie figures on Toynewsi.com. Some look really nice. I am starting to get excited about the release on May 28. I also saw the pics of the new Avengers figures on BBTS. Not impressed with the first 2 waves. The Ultimate Thor and some of the Captain America figures look nice but I do not need additional Iron Man repaints and Thors that look way too similar to the already released Thor Movie versions. No Hawkeye, Nick Fury or Black Widow in the first 2 waves which I was disappointed with. I am curious to see what the Avengers version of the Hulk looks like as I have not been fond of the Marvel Universe Hulk's to date. I still use my Super Hero Showdown version with my Marvel Universe collection.

I think those movie figures look INSANELY awesome!
Also, if anyone is having problems finding TPM SW Vintage figures, the Columbia Walmart has them merchandised with the other Vintage figures in the clearance isle (rocket scientists). The new Maul figure is actually awesome. Great joint socket / ball-socket leg articulation. About time!

Really Syn? I think some of them look pretty sweet. I like the fact that that red ninja looks to be the same mold as the htf wave 3 SS. Also look forward to getting a chance at the Steel Brigade Delta (or whatever it's called) figure. Even the new CC and Zartan are intriguing to me. I was thinking it would be a lot worse, honestly.

Just not interested in that pattern. I'm happy with what I have so far. The only reason I'd would buy Ren Stormy or even $ Destro would be for the gear.

well I'm all over the new figs... and don't let me catching any of you naysayers trying to peg-block me from snatching them all up, I'm not afraid to push a grown man over some toys!
on a better note, Target Columbia (probably all of them, really) just put the old 2011 SW figs at 50% off. If you need a battle pack, a Republic Shuttle, or were hit on the head as a small child and think the remote control Clone Tank is cool, than now is your time! Get'em while they hot!

they are interesting, i'll give you that. i didn't buy into ROC andi'm sure that saved me a lot of money. i'm all in with renegades and 30th but not sure about another movie line. it will really depend on my connection with the movie i guess. i skipped resolute for the most part as well.
