TO THE D-BAG REPACKER THAT JUST HIT COLUMBIA ROSS...
Whoever you are, you are a scumbag. You are a sleazy, worthless, piece of sh#t human being. To return MULTIPLE GI Joe vehicles with cheap repacks, cheap figures, and to F$CK up the price and sticker swap them with the new Sting Raider / higher price sticker... At Christmas time. What a FU#KING SCUMBAG. You, whoever you are, deserve a prison shower room work-over. To do this during the holiday season, when parents are actually buying toys for their children, and some poor kid will get a cheap re-pack with a jacked up price under their tree... Well you, sir, whoever you are, just ate a sick karma pill. I hope this holiday season finds you dead.

ah, you got hit by the repacker. i've found a few in my area in the past year. i hope someone points repacks out to store so they don't get purchased by an unsuspecting parent or child.

Ran around Annapolis/GB today. Nothing of note anywhere. Targets and Walmarts all have healthy stock of MU from 2011 wave 1 to present, but didn't find any new Joes :'(
Little worried about army building; I know I want a few SS, and the zombies are going to be trouble for me. Really wish they were going to hit in January/February, but I know with my luck, I'll see them the week of Christmas, then never again. |

pointing out repacks to store employees is like pissing on a wall and hoping it dissolves. they don't care. they'll say 'huh, how bout that' if anything at all. I demand they man the air raid sirens and call the 5-0, but that'll never happen. I hope this guy gets hit by a baseball bat for this crap.

you have to find a floor manager or whatever their title is, the average floor jockey doesn't care. it's going the extra mile in inconvenience but you have to if you want to make sure they aren't going to get back into circulation. i had to argue with one once to get them to take a repack off the shelf. it's just as much fraud when they know it's a fake. just ask for thier name, store number and number for the office to call. they seem to take you more seriously after that. my wife is an artist when it comes to working store staff and my mentor she usually handles these issues in a matter of minutes.
i'd rather get the card bender back than the repacker. both suck but card bending is less of an offense, although still deliberate act to damage goods.

I remember earlier this year finding repacked black HISS tanks at the Columbia ROSS. Had decent luck in other places though. Probably the same goon then as it is now. I know better now, after purchasing the HISS and realizing the driver was a 25th HISS driver, I've been keeping a keener eye on the windowed figure for my purchases.

Card benders, I'll never understand that. It just takes too much time.
I don't really collect MOC, and I don't know why someone would purposely bend cards on a peg, but I can take a bent card any day of the week since 99% of the time the card is going in the trash. Now if it is a store employee or someone in the know that just wants to bend cards so that he knows a kid looking for that figure will get one, I'm on the fence on that. The conscious effort of stealing, than defrauding with repacking is just atrocious. It burns me up inside. It grinds my gears, Peter Griffin.

The repacker in Columbia has been around for a long time, I remember him doing the same thing when the GI Joe ROC figures first came out. Stopped by the Wal Mart in Frederick off Rte 26 and they had the Future Foundation Fantastic Four 3 pack with Herbie. They also had the Wal Mart exclusive Marvel Universe 5 pack with all of the repainted figures. Left both.

Hagerstown WM had a new shipment of Wave 2. It looked like 2 cases. Pegs full.
