Unless they got more in today, as of yesterday, there was 1 Spirit and like 4 QKs. All the cards were badly bent or curved on the left side.

I picked up the Spirit and a QK. They are definitely openers.

Probably foolish of me, but not having seen these at all in Frederick or Hagerstown, I was afraid I would not find them anywhere else. That is, until they show up at Ross, Marshall's and TJ Maxx.

Just picked up MU Yellow Jacket from TRU for $6.94 using the playsaver coupon for a $1 off.

I guess this 20% off Joe coupon will go to waste since it expires today. They have plenty of PoC wave 2 figures but no new vehicles like the Vamp or Fury. They also didn't have the ML 2-packs, Grimlock or the latest IM2 Comic Wave 4 figures. They also didn't have any Alley Vipers. Slim pickings for a store thats only been open for two weeks....

Why do retailers even bother to order anything else? If its not Star Wars or Transformers it doesn't get stocked well until November. So why even bother coming out with things throughout the year, just make 5 wave assortments per year of MU, Joe and anything else and send them out all at the same time to save us from burning gas and coming up empty handed 90% of the time?

Roger that Blackman! Make the toy store SW and TRA and then around Halloween empty 2 of those aisles and fill it with the rest of the lines.

I am with you. The money I save on gas would allow me to buy a lot more product!

It's a combo of the stores and toy companies. 75% of some toy companies products ship to Store DCs in July-Aug. All want to capture the Xmas sales. Stores know their overall foot traffic is less from Jan-August and don't want a ton of product. Some stores are set up on Auto replenish with no humans involved. Computer at HQ makes a decision to order and Hasbro autoships the latest Joe, SW, Transformer assortment
