Oops. Target Annapolis did have two rescue 4-packs for $19.99. Look carefully, the box is much smaller than expected.
It seems they are saving packaging money in order to give us a better quality repaint (YEA HASBRO!!)

The only thing worthy in that pack is the Snake Eyes. Unless you're interested in a bobblehead looking Duke or more Neo Vipers |

I found the Attack on the Pit set yesterday for $19.99 at Columbia Target. Bought the set and the only redeeming quality of it is the frankensteined Resolute/RoC black Snake Eyes. This figure by itself is worth the money of the entire set. Duke and the other Neo Vipers look horrible but they are the only versions of the characters I have thus far. C'mon PoC this RoC stock needs to vanish from Target's aisles and from my memory. I go to Target on a regular basis and whenever I check the toy aisles the same Wv 1 & 2 figures are stocked full on the shelves. Even at $5.99 the figures aren't being bought that greatly.

Noticed Walmart has a large display of ROC figures in the DVD/CD section now. Thought it odd but wonder if it's just due to the fact that so many are on the pegs in the toy department they need somewhere else to stash them. Man I'm tired of looking at these ugly figures....

Didn't we bitch up a storm when they did this with the 25th line? It takes time for sold out merchandise to ship, which means empty pegs...

and yeah I was pissed by the 25th anniversary overall distribution here in MD but RoC is produced much more than the 25th line so if the pegs are empty it would only be for week instead of 3-4 months. |

with RoC being the ONLY option to see newer Joe product I wouldn't mind it was yanked off the shelves in favor of more Poke-Digi-Yugi-Bakuganamon toys. If I knew the Joe line was going to be modified back into its classic form but it was coming out sometime in the near future I wouldn't waste gas money or my own walking strength looking through the toy aisles for new stuff.
Toyrocket just shipped my Defense of Cobra Island 7-pack this week after I cancelled my pre-order with them in April. I'm going to check my bank account to see if they actually deducted the amountof $39.99 from it. I wonder how could they actually ship anything since they are no longer functionally operate as an online toy distributor. |
