Just an FYI
TRU Wolf Rd - Not much to write about. I believe they had an Ice-Cutter, Skystriker (maybe), Sky-Hawk (it will always be a Sky-Hawk to me) and zilch for figures. Target Wolf Rd - Not much better. Skystriker, but a bunch of Arctic Destros with a SE that may have been repacked - I didn't look close enough. Congrats to you bastards on the 30th Anniversary finds. You all suck. |

That's ridiculous. That WM is a repacker's haven IMHO.
The only reason why I say that the SE might be a repack - and I didn't take a close look, I just was going down the alise and took a quick look, I expect that Target to have nothing EVER - is because he looked to be pointing in a different direction. |

Targets have been ... empty of late. Not sure why. One would think that with the new Skystrikers and 12 inch figures that some of the 30ths would be hitting the pegs but they aren't. Unless they are getting cleaned out immediately, or aren't making it out of the backrooms.

I met 13thwarrior the other night. We were both hunting for Joes and crossed paths a few times. Good Joehead.
That Price Chopper is scary. Had to fight people back trying to cut me in line. Crazy. Have the itch to go toy hunting tonight but rather stranded as Schoharie county is flooding again. But its rather relaxing to sit back and just stare at the collection

For all you Long Island folks, be sure to check out Tuesday Morning stores. They have a pretty cool toy section, and I've scored some joes there.
I've also found them at Walgreens, and Stop & Shop which I learned about here. I actually scored 5 shock troopers at a local Stop & Shop that I've probably passed a hundred times while hunting never thinking to go there. Funny that the only place I have ever seen stock troopers on the island is a supermarket. The Trus and Targets are just awful in Suffolk, it's arctic destros and that's it most of the time. But I've been seeing Strikers in abundance. Kinda sad nobody is picking them up. Marshalls and TJ Maxx have always been good to me too, that's where I land most of my figs. Hell, I even took a credit card out with them just for joes. |
