Hey, please post any new comic pack sightings. They are the only thing I refuse to get from BBTS ( I am not paying over 9.99 because they are always plentiful). I have some stuff I need to exchange at walmart or Target for them.

Quick question for those who have ordered from bbts. If you cancel a pre-order from your pile of loot or something that is sitting in your pile of loot (being that you have to use a credit card) do you get charged a restoclking fee? Also, they really rape you with the shipping. Is it ever less or more than what they quote considering they go by actual weight??? Just need to pick your brains, I'm a newbie to bbts. What I do like about them is the pile of loot feature and I'm assuming you can cancel your order w/o a fee if you find it somewhere else first?

hmm good question about the refund.. ive never cancelled anything in my PoL before. you can cancel a pre-order with no problem before it comes in and you are charged. BBTS is sometimes a little behind on its orders (well not as of late) so i would pre-order a case just to be safe but i usually would find it in the store first then come back sign in and cancel my pre-order. either way , i would get what i want!
as far as shipping.. i agree ive been pretty pissed when one item would come in it would ship then a week later another item would come in and it would ship so if i had put on PoL it would have cost me one shipping fee as a opposed to 2 but i learned that the hard way and just put on PoL and ship it every so often the are a little expensive when it comes to shipping but thats ok with me their service is #1 and their customer service is great .. items always come mint so i will pay extra for that

Also, I am so tired of looking for a few Wave 12 Troop Builders, Wave 6 Comic Packs, Sky Hawk and String Raider, and Wave 13. All which I hear are plentiful at Danbury Walmart and whatever ones are up by the Casino's??? Anyhow it all really depends on the toy department manager and how well they are organized, place orders, and keep shelves stocked with new items. I don't want to get anyone in trouble here with what I'm about to tell you. At a Walmart and I'm not gonna say which one, a employee actually took me into the makeshift warehouse section where all the pallets were. No lie I was in heaven. It was the size of half a basketball court jam packed with stuff. I could barely fit through the pallets. I even had to climb over things. Now I'm a local Dj whos been spinning vinyl for the last 15 years, and I've been all over the eastcoast digging for hard to find records. Let me tell you when I walked in there it was like when Nicholas Cage found the treasue of Antiquities in National Treasure. I was digging with help for 45 minutes and nothing. I found so much Iron Man crap, Spiderman, and Bakugan stuff it made me sick. There was alot of Animated Transformers and very little Star Wars suprisingly. The majority of the stuff I couldlnt get to was in the center of the pallets. But not even a case of vehicles or a little 8 pack of Joes. I left very dissapointed. So my point to the story is that the toy manager is never there to do her job and all that holiday stuff for the kids and collectors is never gonna get to the floor, plus nobody is buying the old crap on the shelves. I think the economy is seriously f'ed up and were in for alot of trouble. I've never seen this much toys on the shelves during Xmas ever. The sad part is that I asked whats gonna happen with all that stuff in the store warehouse? You guessed it, it's getting sent back to where it came from. So get the Joes when, where, and however you can b/c we may never even see some of these things on the shelves at all.

Just to clarify that was a half a basketball court full of toy pallets. Of of course each Store varies; yet, most are probably in the same situation. Pretty sad most walmarts are just getting wave 10 to the shelves.

yea i can def. see that.. when you got to say , target.com look at the joe toys all of them say "find at a store" for EVERY item on there it is listed as being available at the store right next to my work. yet when i go over there its the same thing , 1 conquest , 1 hiss tank and same wave 10 singles if i see one more bazooka or bbq im going to smash the shelf.. so where are all the items listed as being available ? sitting in the back amongst many other toys im sure along with new waves of single carded joes.. that will never be put out becuase there is no room for them on the shelf .. so for the most part i stick with BBTS

Oh, almost forgot. I was working on my truck for a few hours early evening. And after I finished up and was proud of my hard work and saving myself a few hundred bucks, I walked to the mail box and was rewarded with my mail away Doc ordered back in July. What a great suprise and nice way to finish of the day. The mailer was a little banged up and the bubble on the card had was slighty crushed. Popped it out a little and sealed back up the clam shell. All in all not a bad day. BTW my Motu classics have shipped if anyone is gettin into those. Strange though shipping from Puerto Rico....man I had alot to say today. Gotta get back to work.
