Thanks for the heads up on the sightings, appreciate it.
Walmart eh??? I haven't seen that rumor here on the Tank but I can't keep up with every State sighting (although I do check the surronding States frequently). I haven't seen anything at any and all (and I checked) DE Walmart since ROC. I hope it's true as the more retailers selling them the better chance of everyone getting what they want but I am not going to hold my breath and will only step into one of those sh!tholes (Rt. 13 location is the worst! You guys here about the guy a couple weeks back that beat off on a woman walking down the aisle) after it's confirmed... MD locations is another story... |

I've got my wave 3.5 from bbts and even put reviews of them up on my blog. No sign of them in person yet
Also to avoid the hassle of searching for them I ordered the next MU wave, with Elektra, Rhino, Mysterio and a new Cap, from kokomo toys on ebay. Should get them tomorrow

I would love to collect MU but my wallet tells me no. From my experience though it appears over the years they are even more elusive at retail than Joe!?! I do want one of the latest Profssor X since it is a Joe sculpt but from what I read that Wave is super impossible to find. By the way I actually did see that entire Wave minus Professor X at the Walgreens at the corner of Rt. 40 and 7 like a month and a half ago... Never seen MU at a Walgreens before or since though.

The only place I have seen Prof X in the wild was at the gift shop at the Geppi Entertainment Museum in Baltimore. They wanted $15 for him.

I have found that, up until this year, MU has always been easier to find at retail than Joe. It wasn't until the Prof X/Jubilee wave that I ever found it difficult, provided I was patient enough. The Elektra/Rhino/Mysterio/Cap was an instance where I knew I wanted all of them and didn't feel like walking endlessly into and out of stores in the hopes of finding them. I only ever saw Prof X at Target once, I never saw Jubilee except at a toy show in Jersey.

I've seen Jubilee at 2 places. Geppi's had her also, and I saw her at Kokomo Toys when I visited there. And I regret not picking her up both times.

Whoever it is that steals shit at the Christiana TRU is up to it again. Yesterday I found 3 Joe Kreon blindbags slit open and emptied. A fourth was also slit open and contained Rock&Roll.
I don't care about Kreons but some of you fellows might, and I hope some thief isn't keeping you from getting them. I took them to the customer service desk. After I brought enough stolen items from the action figure isle that has Joes/SW/TFs in it, they put up a security camera (well, they put up a security camera after I kept bringing up packages of stuff that was stolen, that doesn't mean they did it BECAUSE I was bringing up those packages, post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy and all) but who knows what'll happen. Stealing toys is pathetic.

Sigh... That's weak... I stopped in a couple hours ago and someone had opened some of the Star Wars Black figures but didn't actually take anything... Also no new Joes just the same old 5 CCs, 1 Flint and 1 Bata Kata Roadblock.

Just got back from a morning trip to Salisbury.
Target was a wasteland. They are out of Joe just like every other Target. No MU either, and just a few random Star Wars, none of the Black series. Walmart finished their reset. They still had 2 pegs full of Wave 1 Retaliation and a couple vehicles. They had a few MU - Hercules, Nighthawk, a couple Spider-Mans. They had just opened a case of Star Wars Black when I got there, but since I found out that the 3.75 Black series are just repacks of previously released figs, I past on them. Toys R Us apparently got in an assortment case of wave 1 Retaliation, as well as HISS tanks, Fang boats, and motorcycles. They just had a few random MU comic packs, and they had the 6 inch Star Wars Black. I picked up the Sandtrooper and I have to say I'm impressed with him. He is perfect. [removed] I just figured out there is a joint in his thighs that allow the rotation of his legs. No more "forward facing feet".
