Man, some days it just piles on! I passed on a Lava Pod (that I needed to complete that set) today because I thought somebody had done a head swap on the figure. I get home and look up some pics to find out that the figure is packaged with the helmet off.
I go into my closet to check to see if that is in fact the only one I needed since I had just picked up the Polar Sharc on Tuesday and I can't find the Polar Sharc. It then dawns on me that after we left Ross on Tuesday we went to Publix to get our groceries and I went to the men's room. I hung the package on the hook in the stall and must have left it there because neither one of us remember seeing it after that. So I run up to Publix a little while ago to check their lost and found but no luck. I get home (feeling kinda bummed and foolish) and remember that I need to take my clothes out of the wash and throw em in the dryer. I proceed to the garage only to find...my washing machine is completely full of water and the machine is dead and won't do anything! Now I will be spending a chunk of change that I had been saving for Joes! BTW, does anybody have a clue how to get a machine to drain that doesn't respond to anything? I imagine I will just have to get it on a dolly and take it outside without it spilling everywhere. |

Damn X- Factors, that's crazy. I know the feeling of everything just piling on. I finally found a polar sharc today and a Lava Pod last night. I'm willing to tasse or sell them for a couple bucks but it sounds like you want the figures. The figures are the only thing I wanted from the sets. Just need the Dusty set now.

Google the washing machine thing. I had that happen to me a few months ago. It can be several different things causing it. For me, it ended up being the safety switch that is inside the lid. That switch keeps from the spin cycle coming on if the lid is open. The switch was bad. I paid my appliance guy $95 just so he could pull the switch and splice the wires together. No more safety switch but we don't need it anyway. I just wish I knew that before I called him out. I could have done that myself. But I pay him to fix that stuff, people pay me to fix computers. Circle of life.

Just hit TRU countryside. They have every figure from wave 1-4, plus a couple wave 6. I bought the only Low Light but they have Skydive, about 4 wave 3 Snake Eyes, an Alley Viper. Pegs are packed. Get them while you can.
