West Vancouver Winners:
a bunch of 25th anniversary figures

on the pegs were Flint in Cobra uniform, Pilot Scarlett, Specialist Trakker, Zartan w/SwampSkier, Arctic Parka SE, Sgt. Airborne, and bunch of Para-Vipers.

*i grabbed Cobra EELs and Cobra Bazooka Soldiers.

i have not seen wave two figuers yet i hope they show up soon before people get real crazy for chrismas or else il order them online

i saw them only once at each walmart store around here in very small quantity (like one box) in what seems like quite a while ago. anybody remember what happened last year? was there a big delivery of figures before xmas?

the guy who runs the toy section at a walmart near me says he has had trouble getting the joes in. not sure what that means but i've seen a few cases on the pegs at both wally's near me. i managed to pic up 2 JV's so far, i passed on the rest.

V.A.M.P. and Fury at Wal-mart in Ottawa. However....they only ordered 1 of each. I guess since all the vehicles they put out two months ago have not moved at all, they really cut back.

It's weird. In the U.S. wave 1 came and went pretty quickly and then they were flooded with wave 2. Up here a lot of people are reporting what you have seen - non-stop wave 1. In Ottawa it's been pretty even - I've seen about an equal amount of both waves.

I certainly hope they do show up. I'm looking to buy two of each figure (minus Snake Eyes) and one of each of the vehicles. A decent chunk of change. I'm just not sure who will keep buying these wave one figures. The vehicles are already shelf warmers so it's not looking good for the wave two vehicles.

shelf warmers can easily be cleared with a sale
