I made a deal with my son that when POC comes out we'll have to get rid of some stuff before we buy more. So when he saw the new HISS tank he agreed to get rid of his AWE Striker and one of his old HISS tanks. We made the same deal with the figures too.
I've seen POC everywhere now. Just got back from Everett Target and TRU, both had POC peg-warmers but lots of the new Star Wars stuff. I'm surprised I haven't seen Spirit and Quick-Kick again though. TRU had two full rows of them one weekend and then they are all gone the next. The ROC exclusives lasted waaay longer. |

If I can't find it in the store I just order the case online at Entertainment Earth or BBTS. I don't like to support local scalpers who buy them all in front of the collectors then sell them at their store for double the price. That just takes the fun out of collecting. If TRU doesn't get the Spirit of Quick Dick in vast quantities like they did with Doc, then I'll just wait until someone sells them at regular price 5 or 10 years from now. I love it how most the 25th Anniversary figures are worth half their value now. Kind of makes me wish I would've waited to collect them 3 years later when everyone starts dumping them on ebay. That's what I'm going to do with the Motu Classic line that is selling for $40 a figure now. You can get vintage MOTU for that price. Patience. It's all about patience. I never support scalpers either. I'm not that desperate.

Ok so I was at the Lacey Walmart and I found the first wave of POC. I left 2 Firefly's, 2 Cobra Commanders but I took all the Alley Vipers. Sorry....If anyone locally needs one let me know. I still can't find the Quick Kick or Spirit!.....Dam the pain.

Bellevue ToysRUs was loaded with POC standards today. I got the only Alley Viper but there were lots of the others (less Billy ans QK) but they did have a full compliment of wave 9 MU figures. lots of Winter Soldier/Iron patriot/iron Spider-Man when I left

Saw the mechs and the HISS at Fred Meyers today. Actually more impressed with the mechs than I thought I would be. Still haven't actually bought any of the PoC stuff yet.
Went to three different Targets in three different cities (Factoria, South Center, AND Federal Way) looking for the new Marvel Universe Mystique and/or Phoenix. NOTHING. Southcenter had the leftover PoC figures - Duke, SE, SS. Anyone finding either of those around? I know iowajedi found Mystique at one place.

I joined the Gentle Giants club before CV so I could get my Boba Fett. I'm glad I did. It looks like they're already sold out. They should make more if they're so popular. I went to the TRU in Japan and they only had a few old Star Wars toys. It looks like they're trying to phase Star Wars out. Transformers were there, but the Gundam and Bakugon sections were way bigger. I didn't see one GI Joe. Well, I'll be back next week. I hope you all left some toys for me. BTW, did anyone see the TRU GI Joe Exclusives Spirit and Quick Kick? I'm looking for them and the Alley Viper from Wave 1. Happy hunting!
