They've done a small show downtown over the pat years.
However, the first Cleveland Comic Con is this year. Cleveland Comic Con | October 19th, 2013 – Independence Ohio Cool. Finally a chance to punch Ron Marz in the face for killing Hal Jordan. On a totally unrelated note, does anyone know what figure that is on the main page? It's the Guru Planet post with the black Hiss Tank Driver head on a yellow body. I didn't want to start a whole thread about it and there's no comments allowed on that post. I figure it's some update of a foreign figure, but the art looks great. |

Thanks LV, but I talked to the wife and apparently we are celebrating my son's 4th that day. I'm trying to convince her to bump it to Saturday instead so we can spend a day up there in Columbus. I've still got some time to work on her.

Thanks for the link, I stumbled on it myself after remembering to check the properties of the thumbnail on the main page. Now I have a new site to look through for some art!

Hey no problem Puckman! if she moves and allows you to bump up your son's b-day then we'll talk more about going and the offer is still out there. |

That was what the HISS Scout driver was going to look like. It was supposed to be a desert vehicle, but was changed. I really liked those colors too.

Man! hasbro really fudge it on the colors Puckman. These color really work for the scout and the figure and i wish hasbro would bring this back out exactly like this and just add the Desert Scorpion with it. Totally awesome!! |

Yeah, I loved the driver when I saw those pics. If they ever make it, I'd definitely buy.
Were you at the Kenwood TRU? I was there with my wife and boy picking up some Thomas stuff for his b-day coming up and there was a dude behind us at the checkout with all three of those bad boys under his arm. Was that you? I just remember seeing the size of that box and thinking "gawddam that is a big freaking box" Nope that wasnt me! I got mine at Dayton mall TRU and they only had two on the shelf by guest services and at a $129.99 a pop, theres no way my wife would allow me spending that kind of money on 3 of these Transformer toys! Hell i had to sweet talk for this one and put down half of my own money and the rest on the card! Then she told me when we got back home, "Damn! your toys are getting more expensive" I told her, this is once i can said money is went spent, and then i open the box and showed her how HUGE And Freakin MAMMOUTH he is and she was like DAMN!! He's a Big boy!! |
