Python, are you going to the Columbus toy show? It is a lot of fun. Tons of vendors, tons of vintage, tons of MU 3 3/4", Super Powers etc. |

I'm actually pretty stoked about the upcoming waves. The only figure that I think really sucks is Croc Master and only for the fact that we already have one. I'm even excited about the Blowtorch since I missed out on getting an extra 25th one. The Jungle BAT is meh, and I'll probably try to get a Target Ace head (the one folks are finding at Ross) and paint a 'stache on him for the Rock Viper. I'm with you on the Viper. If he looks as good in person, I'll probably nab multiples.
I'd like to go to the Toy Show, but chances are that I won't make it. I think there was one here in Cincinnati a little while ago, but couldn't make that one either due to my work load. Sounds like you are going? How many folks usually show up? I'm guessing its at the Greater Columbus Convention Center?

2 Alley Vipers, 3 jungle vipers, and 1 Skydive at toys r us in Beavercreek as of 6:00pm last night (tue march 29th)
I left them there for those who still need them. I bought a city assault duke for my carded collection, there were no low-lights.

Dont forget about the new IG soldiers! i think they rock! The Jungle Bats is OK-ish but if you really think about the Jungle concept for Cobra doesnt have any vehicles for this terrain only jungle Vipers and if you wanna throw in some serpent armors roaming around. Just basing this off of POC line of figures and vehicles. So having about 10 or so Jungle BATS roaming throught he jungle with chin guns mowing everything down is kinda cool!
Man, with the Jungle BATs, Jungle Vipers, Shadow Tracker, and toss in the Target Exclusive Jungle Terror (whirlwind) for good measure, Cobra OWNS the freaking jungle!

I think what puts me off about it is the color of the innards. The primary colors are P.U. I will be using his mini-gun with my Blain, I mean Recondo, figure

I own 3 of the cancelled Target Jungle Terror sets. Those are so cool. Would like to get 2 more down the road. I can't believe when these first hit Ross how many California Tankers were getting of just that set. I realize that is the most popular of the 4. But to see some of them posting pictures of like 8-10 Jungle Terrors, then off to another Ross and buying 8-10 more, etc :( |

Sweet Lord of plastic action figure heaven. Did anyone of you guys check out the April 2011 haul thread? On guy scored 9 Low Lights and 10 Shock Troopers at a Wal-Mart.
The Tanker after him posted he picked up 20 Shock Troopers and 15 Alley Vipers. "Oh My God!" (Joey Styles) |
