Because people are stupid, and it happens all the time.
This has been going on for years.
People will buy figures, take them out, and then put older figures in, and then return it to the store.
It's not that hard to open a CP and retape it shut.
A lot of idiots did this to steal the doc stickers.

Agent Faces isn't really vintage...and yes that particular style pacage can be resealed easily.

its so crazy whut people will do i guess im learning as i go i was hoping it was rare to feed my addiction cus ive spent so much on joes these past couple weeks would have luved to made sum money to of course buy more joe's i wouldnt wanna put it up for sale and people think i tamperd with it or resealed it cus i dont know nuthing about that at all
