I tried to go the route of keeping my collection carded, but I finally broke down and opened them up. They look so much cooler out of the package. |

Just askin', not ragging on you for buying figs. Your money, your deal. If you want to cash in, you might start letting a few go at a time...there are some things that could make the price drop, quick. |

Except that's exactly how it doesn't work. If this Snake-Eyes gets rereleased and all the people who are currently thinking about paying $35 or more for him suddenly know it's possible to find one for retail or a little more, the market goes dry. Inflated value doesn't stick around forever, especially not if the valued item reappears at lower prices. I'm no economist, but I'm pretty sure that's how it works. |
