Found 5-pack Snake-eyes with T-crotch

Hey everybody,

Can't find a thread about this; not sure if it's news...

I found a Joe 5-pack at Kmart yesterday (the updated pack w/ "flying" Gung-ho. To my surprise, the grey Snake-eyes has the updated t-crotch.

I've not heard any mention of this variation. Has anyone else seen this? Any info would be appreciated.

If needed, I can try to post pics.

EDIT: Mods, feel free to move this to the 25th section if you think it would go better there.

When I first read the title I thought you bought a Joe 5-pack that had 5 Snake Eyes. That would have been cool to see but I see that is not what you're asking.

You better provide pics. Because as far as I know the whole "T-croch" was a huge mistake for Hasbro. They got a lot of flack for going that route and quickly turned it around. I highly doubt the 25th line would get any T-Crotch figures. I think someone did a swap out.

I think when he said "Updated T-Crotch" he meant updated thinner crotch. I remember reading about Snake-Eyes being found with the new crotch in 5 packs in December (I think, maybe earlier)

Right. That is what I meant. Same mod as with black SE, Stalker and Hawk.

I'm guessing this isn't a very common varient, but I could be wrong.

I haven't seen pics anywhere, so I'll try to throw some up.

My 5pk with the variant packaging has the diaper crotch version. :(

Okay, here we go. You can see SE is grey, as compared to Roadblock's black boots (above). You can clearly see the fixed crotch. You'll have to trust me that it's not a mod or custom. I have no such talents.

BTW, I checked another Kmart that day, and they only had the diaper crotch version. I've never thought to look for this before, so I have no clue if they've been around the Minneapolis area before now.
