First, who thinks to do that? If they're goin' for the discount, why leave the figs behind? People just don't respect private property anymore. This is just driving me to preorder cases. And I'm not even a MOC guy. I just want to make sure I get all the parts, mail away stickers etc. I'm paying for.

Am I the only one who finds this just as bad as bending up the cards?

Thank you, Uncle Karl.
Did you just call me a commie?

By a fair shot, I mean the chance to get out and hunt. I know what the reality is. I just talking about ideally. I also understand the economics and the business. I've been in it (officially) for 18 years. I believe that limiting customers to one each of a "collectable" item as Target does is a nice idea in theory, but there are easy ways to get around it. As far as my "Marxist" ways, I have a standing offer to trade 1 to 1 any figures I can find for anyone. In the "Joes for Everyone" thread. If everyone read it, applied and used it, there would be NO situation where people didn't get what they wanted here. The simple fact is that about four people made trades, then they forgot about it. Either everyone has everything they want, no one wants to bother with the mail, no one new NOTICES the thread, or no one cares anymore.

At least I offered a solution.

As far as the fouled up cards are concerned, I don't have a lot more to say. If I find new figs, I open them.

I caught a guy doing this exact thing in a Target back in August with remnants of a wave 1 case. I walked around the corner and saw him bending and squishing the cards on the ones he was gonna leave behind and I verbally called him out. The guy dropped the figures he was going to buy, hung his head in shame and made a bee-line for the door! I got a little bit of justice but if this was the middle ages I might have mopped the floor with him? Ahhh......the middle ages. LOL
