For me it was Comic pack Destro... close runner up being Comic pack Scarlett.
What about y'all? |

The original one with the visor was iconic to me. When I broke down and got the five pack I was shocked at how cool I thought the SE was. |

I didn't know Firefly's gun had a movable stock. That was kinda neat.
Torch's tank on his backpack was removable. That was fun to discover.
Another thing obscured in the packaging was Scarlett's belt. Until I got the 5-pack opened, I didn't notice she had a tiny bolt of arrows on it.

I absolutely HATED this figure back in the vintage days, and now I was getting a repaint with a new head. I don't know why, but I have completely loved this figure though |

Of all the original Joe's I always hated how plain he used to be but once I had this new version of him opened I was quite surprised how cool he was with all his accessories. He's easily one of my top 10 figures so far from the 25th line.
Same goes for Hawk and Snake Eyes V1 but I at least still liked their original versions whereas I just hated Stalker before. |

Now, I just want to see Grunt...and how they would make him look ala 25th anniversary.
As for suckiest...I don't know about that duke repaint from the two-pack. Just kinda looks like someting that came out of the early 90's. |
