I remember getting Red Star in '91 and thinking that they're finally putting the Guard out as figures, but sadly that was it(never got into the comic packs). I knew of the OG from the toon, but in the last few years I've finally picked up the original Joe trades and caught up on their comic exploits. I would guess that most of them would be in comic packs, but that'd be cool with me. A Stalker/Brekhov pack would be cool.

I tried like hell to get the Daina comic 3 pack on ebay (I wasn't collecting when it came out) but always got outbid by people who immediately relisted them for preposterous amounts. Since then I have decided I will only collect 25th style figs, so 25th style Oktober Guard figures would work very nicely for me.
Incidentally I still see the Dragonsky 3-packs on TRU shelves, and still at full price. |
