I mean, what are we talking about here? What's on his head when? I am sure he has had allot of different things on his head at different points in time.

-maybe it was a mask he had on his head at some point, I have seen that.

-maybe it was some troopers helmet or General Flagg's hat, I know I have seen that.

-maybe it was some random biker chicks underwear, I can imagine that.

-but ultimately, it's a piece of frigging plastic. I (like millions of other people) have ripped it off the toys bald head.

To me, I think it depends on what Zartan we are talking about.
