I received all of mine in a big box with now packing materials. They were just thrown in there. The majority had bent corners and creases. But to be fair, I've ordered from Hasbro aswell and they are not any better. You would think something that is coming straight from the source would be well taken care of. The best items I have received have been from EBay sellers. Most of the time they package their stuff very well.

Not really. Have you ever seen a newly opened case of toys at a retailer? You'll have a box with, say, 8 Single carded GI Joes and the only packing materials in those are a thin sheet of rice paper between every figure.

Mind you, I'm sure they have a safer trip being on a boat and truck and not going through postal machinery, but still. Stores get even less packing materials than we do

I tend to order something big when it comes to TRU or Amazon, so they will put it in a big box. With single orders of a figure, GI Joe or Marvel Legends...always had some sort of problem with something in a smaller box or package. So, I tend to make sure I order several things as well...

I'm another victim. I had an 18" bubble mailer propped against my door tonight from "TRU.COM c/o EXEL, Inc." that came via the UPS to USPS method. Inside was the Scarlett/Hawk pack with two carded Star Wars figures crammed in for good measure. None are in good shape, but I was opening them anyway.

Classy, though. Even if they're to be opened I should be entitled to receiving the product I paid for in reasonable condition. These certainly are not.
