One pack is OK by my standard (top of card is a little bent) but the other is not. The place that the pack holds on to the peg is nearly ripped off. Most importantly, one side has a slit where the card meets the bubble as if someone attempted to take the battle points, file cards, and doc mail away sheet. It is all there thankfully. |

Totally destroyed. It's funny, but when I called TRU's customer service to arrange a return they told me "MAKE SURE WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK YOU PACKAGE IT WELL TO AVOID DAMAGE."
Bwahahahahahahahaha!!!!!! It's even on the packing slip return instructions...
Oh well... I returned the damaged ones to my local TRU store and exchanged for the same they had in stock. The cashier lady could not have cared less.

My order still hasn't shown up, yet according to tracking it was sent over a week ago.
This is pathetic.

All 6 were mailed in a box...but NO PACKING MATERIAL.
All corners were dinged up pretty good. |

I ordered a lot of stuff for Christmas presents, and it all came shipped in a huge box, but I don't think there was any packaging material inside. I particularly remember that the 5 Marvel Legends Face Off sets I ordered were all dented and crushed to hell.
A lot of people have complained about Hasbrotoyshop's shipping, but in my experience, they are significantly better than TRU in this department. |

It's disappointing to receive damaged merchandise, but who plans to leave these MISB? |
