Haven't got your DOC yet? I KNOW WHY, read on...

I'm sure some one all ready figured this out but I'll post it anyway.

I called Hasbro customer service today becasue Its been over 5 months since they cashed my DOC check.
I spoke to Jason who said they have NO RECORD of my check?!?
so I said
"Well you cashed it, its on my statement"
:jason:
"well sir if you could fax us a copy of the front and back of the check, I'll get your fig out to you"
:me:
"so I send you a check, you cash it, and now I have to prove to you that I paid you"
:jason: I'm sorry sir, but if you fax me that info I will take care of it for you"

....so If any of you are wondering where your DOC is at... its sitting at Hasbro.

I'm no conspiritor but I wonder how many people out there who haven't received thier DOC's have given up?
if you have, you might want to call... the Hasbro customer service number is
1-800-255-5516 it will take a while to get through. it did for me.

I sold my DOC as a gesture of good will to a fellow joe club member who missed out, I was counting on getting that second fig. this is not good customer service.

Thanks to Jason for helping me out. Lets hope this doesn't happen with the next mail away cause the DOC kicks butt.

damn that sucks, thats why i dont use money orders i like being able to know when things cash.

they lost one of my Blu CC orders and then were telling me my order didnt exist and they made me send them my confirmation numbers and everything..

yea the customer service is seriously lacking.

My check was cashed may 31 and when I called to see what was going on they told me that they had no record of my check. I had to call the bank to fax me a copy to fax them a copy. I called them up to see if they got the fax and was told it will ship when they got more Doc, well 2 or 3 months later i'm still waiting.

I'm in that same boat, but I use a money order and in order for me to get a copy of the M.O. I have to a minimum of 12.00 to get the copy with in 60 day so I just gave up. I did want to pay more money just to get Doc. I don't see why Hasbro can't look up there bank statements as I sure they keep records.

Same story here. Every time I call, they give me some excuse about my Docs coming from a different fulfillment center. I'm getting tired of these idiots not doing their jobs and making excuses about it. You get my money, you mail my shit - how hard is that? (These are the kind of morons that need to be laid off - not the people that bust their humps working real jobs - but that's another story.)
