Ok, we all know the cobra commander Hooded Version comes in the factory sealed wave 4 box. But what about the dub of the 1983 version with the shield face? how do you get a hold of this one is it a surprise pack figure or how do you find it besides buying it off someone on eBay? Well thats my first question and my second question is, how do you get the Black cobra commander hooded figure that has been given out to those who were GI members at the site? thanks and Happy Holidays  |

He's been a re-pack in many waves since and is not really hard to find. The Black-costumed version of Cobra Commander came in the Cobra Legions 5 Pack which is also all over the place and not too difficult to find.
