Just wondered if anyone else had problems placing the stickers that go on rounded surfaces, such as the fangs orange missiles, or the armadillos roll bars. I end up not putting the stickers on, because they stick up on an edge and do not stick correctly. Any solutions, or am I the only iddiot.

Wipe down any surfaces before attempting to apply a sticker. There's an oil-based mold release on just about everything that's not painted, and it's hell on adhesion. A damp cloth should do the trick. I used to clean my model kits pre-assembly in warm water with a drop of MILD dish soap, using a rag and a soft-bristled toothbrush. In either case let it dry thoroughly and you should have a better time with stickers (and paint for that matter). The small rounded areas will still be difficult though because the stickers are so thick. Waterslide FTW.

Yeah, i think the stickers are too thick to get on the small rounded areas, no matter how much I wipe off, they still flip up. Thanks. I probably should call my mom and thank her for having to deal with these things when I was a kid. Although I don't recall how many of the stickers were pre-applied back in the 80's.
