That's right! I scored Wave 10 tonight at Target in Philadelphia, Pa for only $ 4.99 each! I couldn't believe it when i saw them on the shelves. I did a price scan to see if they were still $ 4.99...and behold yes they were=)

Yeah, I was talking about this to a friend. We discussed how awesome it would be if Target still had the figures for $4.99 when wave 10 came out...and it has happened haha.
