Badly Damaged Doc

This may have been posted before, but I am new to the site, so bare with me. The USPS totally ruined my Doc. I mean squished flat, crushed, and almost folded like an accordion. Is there a contact number where I can try to get a replacement? I will try to post a picture later of why not to us the Post Office to mail your stuff.

USPS didnt damaged your goods i can almost guarantee that. These things go through a lot of bulk shipping and sorting before they even hit the USPS. Believe it or not the USPS probably handles the DOCs the least amount of time.

Out of 3 i had one show up that was smashed on the plastic surrounding doc (hasbro, not usps) but outer box was fine. A 2nd had the plastic glued down off to the side so it stuck out past the card.

mine finally came yesterday. The box looked like it was open and the outer bubble was a little crushed, but luckoly the carded figure itself escaped damage.

again? USPS most likely didnt crush him, im not saying that parcels dont get damaged...but the poor packaging from hasbro, has a lot to do with it...
when i recieved my DOC, the starcase was crushed , but the card and white box were perfect...
