Thanks to everyone who gave such great feedback on my second comic. If you haven't read it, be sure to do that first since it gets mentioned in passing. And I will have to delete the photos soon to make space in my account!

And now here is my third! I had the idea this morning, couldn't help myself and just threw it together. I was inspired by a combination of the real presidential election, and that guy from JoeCon who was running a Cobra Commander '08 campaign thing. Details on the making of and idea in the next post for anyone that cares to read more.
DISCLAIMER, PLEASE READ: I am not trying to make a political statement here, nor am I endorsing either side of what was a very rough presidential campaign. This forum is not the place for it. It's the rules. This comic just a comic, intended to be comedy, let's all keep it that way! Otherwise all feedback is very welcome!!
REMEMBER: clicking the thumbnail once will open the pic, but it's still not full size. Click the newly opened image once more and it will open in a new window, click again to magnify (or whatever you widows guys do) to see it in full easy to read size!

Posts: 1,003 | This one was a little hard because my printer ran out of ink and froze up after I made two of the backgrounds. So I had to do it all with just the two new ones, and one left over from the Desto/Serpentor comic. I would have liked to do a few "over the shoulder looking down on the crowd" pics from behind Cobra Commander. Alas, not to be this time. It would have made page two much less red, and would have broken it up a bit. The figs also gave me some trouble staying on their stands so I couldn't keep the shots perfect. Spirit fell off his stand a dozen times, taking everyone around him down on the way. Add onto that the lack of sunlight, which I prefer to use, so I had to use normal indoor lights (I hate them for photos). At least I was able to use the Cobra Flags from the Legions set very easily. They got stuck on a slightly modified version of the railing from Destro's Palace in the previous comic.
I hope I have not gone too far into the political world, but ever since the whole "Joe the Plumber" thing I've had "Joe the Action Figure" or "Joe the Toy" or something running in my head, and needed to express it somehow. I waited until well after the election to even brainstorm it fully just to let everyone cool down a bit.

It was a pain putting all those little Cobra signs in people's hands for the studio shot on the first page. It worked though ;)
