HTS wheres wave 10?

i have been a little out of the loop for the last week (I was driving across country)

Anyways, i just got on HTS and wave 10 is gone. Did they start selling them? or did they just tease us with them and then take them off the site?

Also, did any of the new "modern era" re-packs ever come into stock?

I stopped at a walmart or 2 in each state i drove through and only found an IG Destro, crimson guard, and snake eyes repack. Not a single BAT though!

Yea, they just disappeared one day except for Croc Master. GIJoe Collectors Club took them off pre-order, which means they'll be shipping soon.

HTS is being a real pain in the rear about ordering these days.

For one thing, they are posting photos of their new figures, and then pulling them down the next week.

It's some sort of tease, and I am really getting sick of it.

The other thing that angers me is that they have charged my credit card for the new Transformers release of Dragstrip, but he won't be available until December.

Why are they charging my credit card in September for something that's not supposed to be released until December?

I thought their policy was to refrain from charging you until they ship?

Buyers beware.

I ordered the Joe cases and 3 blank Mighty Muggs thinking they'd all ship at the same time, which they didn't. I was charged the total initially but the charges came off my card within a few days and was then recharged upon shipping. They have to make sure you have the money, it's like some bars holding a set amount on your card to make sure you're good for it.
