| Contact Hasbro customer service. If not Hasbro, then the store you purchased it from. I know there were a couple of times with various items (including food and cd's) where I got free replacements because of faulty QC. Of course, that was a couple of years ago. The days where companies still worry about consumer loyalty seem to be long gone. But still, raise a stink. At the very least you might get a discount coupon.
Unfortunately, nobody's QC is 100% accurate (and especially when the work comes from overseas where the employees are watching the whip cracking at them instead of the assembly line). What do you want from a bunch of 6 year old kids working against their will in a third world country? {sarcasm} But these things happen, unfortunately. It's up to you to get the problem resolved. If they dismiss your claim or refuse to accomodate you, contact the Better Business Bureau.
