Perhaps you can still return it and try to find one with the proper paint application. Or you could paint the neck yourself.

I had a Bazooka with 2 right shins. He looked very odd standing. Sort of a slacker drunken look. At the time W9 was nowhere to be found so I kept him. Eventually I decided to use him for a custom and replaced his lower legs anyway.

My Tiger Force Flint has deformed ankle joints that look weird enough when he's standing up. When you move them it's like he was in a nasty soccer accident. Good job quality control.
