How is it a waste of gas?
On your usual trip to target, find new figures, purchase them and save receipt. On your NEXT normal trip to walmart casually purchase amount of crap figures equal to previous target purchase and save them for your NEXT Target trip.
It's not out of the way if you do it as you normally would.
A receipt is good for up to 90 days. That's 3 months.
But hey, if you like leaving figures for someone else to buy and then complain you never found them, your loss.
