I'm not a lover of comic packs and choose the ones I buy.

My question is...would you guys have bought the Wild Weasel (WW) and Ace comic pack if you knew before hand WW was going to be released with the Rattler later this year?

If I had known...I would totally skipped it. I like the figure but the Ace IMO is a waste of plastic.

i would have, but pretty much just for ace. He's not the greatest figure, but he's the original Joe pilot.

I would have just to get Ace, He's an awesome figure that's only held back by the lack of eyelash paint.

Yep, as I buy all first releases of a character. Now I woulda skipped the Destr/Breaker pack, had I known Breaker was going to be re-released withe the RAM.

I would have skipped it. I feel kinda ripped off actually. I never wanted astronaut Ace even if he is somewhat RAH accurate. I just bought it for WW. Oh well. Since the Rattler will be a Target exclusive, it looks like I'll never see it just like the previous exclusives even though there are three Targets in the area. Looks like I'll have to start modding my RAH Rattler.

i would have bought it anyway as i used wild weasel to make my custom strato viper and avac and the lift ticket im working on. plus i like ace although most disagree the figure is at least as cool as the original ace

It's kind of a Catch-22. Had I known the Rattler was coming out, no I wouldn't have bought the comic pack. However, who's to say I'd be able to snag a Rattler (especially if these are released after Thanksgiving). If not, I doubt the comic packs will still be on the shelves by then.
