Get print outs of your cashed checks or other proof of payment ready, and give them a call. They will check your name against three lists, if you are not on one of them they will ask you to fax your proof of payment. Once they have that, they will send you "the figures".
I had to give them a call last Thursday when I heard there were no more Docs. Customer service said my name was on none of their lists and that they had no record of my request, Though they managed to cash my checks (sent out early April, Cashed late May). I objected to all of this and insisted that my checks were cashed, the lady asked me to Fax her copies of the checks (front and back). I did that Thursday at 4 PM. They were closed Friday. Monday the customer service ladies called and told me they received my fax and that my "figures" were on the way.
Notice the quotations around figures. I don't beleive they ever refered to them as Doc figures during my conversations about my request being fulfilled. But something is on the way.
