Overflow of Comic Packs? Love em' or Hate em'?

Its Canada. Are you kidding? The peg-warmers hang around for about a week. Comic packs - about 3-5 days.

Well Waves 1-3 are slowly starting to fade around me. We seem to have gotten in Wave 4 and 5, as I finally have been able to score the FF/SS set, what a set! I've also seen alot of the Destro/IG gold head set. No chases though.
I'm really disappointed in the Falcon set. I may wait for his single pack. But his accessories look nice. I'm torn.

The Wal-Mart by my place still has the Hawk-Scarlett packs with Doc Stickers in them.

i went into a wally yesterday and there were at least 35 to 40 of them. clogged pegs, ontop of the dvd packs, and a couple on the floor. i wish they would discount some of these. the sears grand i went to the other day discounted all of their packs for $5.99. i picked up a couple of crimson guard packs, why not.

The ONLY comic pack that seems to sell here is the Firefly and Storm Shadow one; everything else that comes in pretty much peg warms.

I'm pretty sure the Beach Head and Main Frame one will sell though because that one actually has a new Joe in it.

Comic Packs are great things. Get 2 figures and a comic.

Now, what sucks about the current ones is that the comics are for older series that are no longer being produced.

If the comic was for a current ongoing comic series, then they'd be great because it's a good way to get people into the comic series.

As it is, I love 'em cause it's a good way to get 2 figures for pretty cheap. Great way to get fodder for customs.
