That's great news! I like to hear the franchise is still expanding and taking on projects.

I'm not going to burn a single calorie on this until they finish principle photography.

2013 was what I was hopeful for back when we speculating after Sommer's dismissal. Gives them time to let the current line build in design, Renegades as well. They have a better idea of what will and won't work for modern designs instead of trying to update 20 year old designs (the 25th line) to adapt to the movie.

Part of me is glad they made ROC and are working on the sequel because it keeps Joe going but honestly most of me feels ROC was the worst piece of garbage ever and was an embarrassment to the the loyal fans! I really doubt it created many new fans (I have no facts to back that up however just my gut feeling). We all know if you look at the revenue generated here in America plus the international market and blu ray/dvd sales ROC was a success indeed but it still sucked and I for one think this next movie no matter what will still be tainted by Hollywood Execs and will be a complete steamer! I hope I am wrong but I doubt it...

It's good to hear 2013 is now the projected date, as it makes a lot more sense with the current direction of Joe & will give us time to get excited about the NEW potential & direction another movie MAY have.

This should lead to an interesting twist in what we see in figures.
I mean okay we have POC through wave 5 in the next few months...and I imagine Renegades for the releases after that. But then what? I mean that leaves the second half of this year or at least last quarter and all of 2012, and likely the first and maybe second quarter of 2013. Thats a big hole to fill. That's what she said. lol |
